Transcript: The Bible’s full of warnings. Hello, I’m Sam Rohrer with the American Pastors Network and today’s Stand in the Gap Minute of warning. In Matt. 24, Jesus warned His disciples to be on guard for mass deception. “Take heed that no man deceive you”. From official government statements, to media reports, to politicians who say whatever people want to hear, to pastors who only preach the ‘less offensive’ sections of Scripture-truth’s being compromised, suppressed and distorted. Mass deception’s the result. It’s past time that pastors and all Christians wake up and heed Christ’s warning. Just because the media reports or the President himself speaks, doesn’t mean it’s true. Deception and lies prevail when a nation denies God’s power, the culture repudiates Biblical authority, and people become offended by the name of Jesus. Of this be certain.
