In preparation for Easter Sunday, we will examine Christ’s words in John 10:7-10. In this short section, Jesus clearly states, “I am the door of the sheep.” These words of Jesus make us come face to face with the fact that He is the only door to salvation. Indeed, there are no other doors to eternal life. Only the door of Christ opens to true life and will literally open to anyone who comes by faith. Join us as we examine a well-known text, but walk away refreshed with the truth of Christ and His offer of abundant life!

Making Time to Replace God or Reveal God
June 12, 2022
Today we are privileged to have Dan Lietha with Reasons for Hope as our guest speaker. Dan will be preaching a message entitled, “Making Time to Replace God or Reveal God”. In this message, Dan will address an alarming situation, namely, our young people are leaving the church in record numbers. Why? What is happening and what can be done? In this message, Dan lists the reasons why young people are leaving the church and helps parents (and grandparents) by sharing tools that will help deepen their own faith and the faith of their children!
May 1, 2022 • Trevor Galbraith • Psalm 8
Today we are privileged to have Trevor Galbraith as our guest speaker. Trevor is a Baptist Mid-Missions Appointee to Great Britain. In today’s message from Psalm 8, Trevor will unpack the concept of the image of God as it relates to our rulership over all creation. Indeed, how does God’s gift of rulership impact our lives today? Trevor states, “As we try to live our lives in a way that glorifies our Creator, it is essential that we recognize what Jesus has done to make this possible.”
I Am the True Vine
April 24, 2022 • Scott Owen • John 15:1–17
In today’s message, our very own Scott Owen (PFBC member and BCP Director) rounds out our “I am” mini-series by focusing our attention on Jesus’ words from John 15, where He says, “I am the true vine.” Scott will walk us through what Jesus meant by this claim and how it revealed the life-giving lifelong tether to Christ. This hope was not just applicable to those soon-to-be “abandoned” disciples, but to anyone facing doubt, fears, loneliness, or trials. Thanks for joining us!
