God is a great God who does great things for his people. And the foundation for experiencing greatness from God is obedience, salvation. This regeneration by means of faith is wonderful. But it only positions us where in this world we can take hold the victory. But we take hold of victory by submissiveness by obedience by trusting and walking in faith, not allowing what we see with their eyes to to deter us from the commandments of God, where he would have us to be and what he would have us to do.

At times of our life, we go through a transition, there are new things that we're called to experience and new things that we're called to do, if we're going to be in God's will. And this is true for the one whose book bears his name, and I'm speaking about Yehosha, that is Joshua the son of Nun. Now we're gonna see that that God has used him as a servant, a servant to Moses, but things have changed. Why is that? Well take out your Bible and look with me to that portion of Scripture, the book of Joshua in chapter one.

God does indeed want to lead you in his pathways, his paths are directions for us to find his very goodness, and with the good things of God comes also his presence, being intimate, being together with him. So ask yourself a question. What are you pursuing? are you pursuing the things of this world? Not that all the things of this world are bad? We know that we have need there's a necessity for certain things. But are we focused upon the things of this world? Or are we truly pursuing God, experiencing Him, knowing him, and being in his presence, walking in obedience, doing his will, and again, bringing glory and honor and praise unto him, this is where joy is found

Are you taking hold of the things of God or are you inheriting? Is God His purpose, His plans for you? Are you taking hold of them, experiencing them moving along God's purposes for why he saved you why you are still here in this world. We're going to begin a new chapter tonight in our study of the book of Joshua, the book of Joshua. And we're going to see how God moves in the life of the people in order to convey revelation, and how so frequently, the majority of individuals reject the revelation of God.
