God does indeed want to lead you in his pathways, his paths are directions for us to find his very goodness, and with the good things of God comes also his presence, being intimate, being together with him. So ask yourself a question. What are you pursuing? are you pursuing the things of this world? Not that all the things of this world are bad? We know that we have need there's a necessity for certain things. But are we focused upon the things of this world? Or are we truly pursuing God, experiencing Him, knowing him, and being in his presence, walking in obedience, doing his will, and again, bringing glory and honor and praise unto him, this is where joy is found

Joshua Chapter 1 Part 1

At times of our life, we go through a transition, there are new things that we're called to experience and new things that we're called to do, if we're going to be in God's will. And this is true for the one whose book bears his name, and I'm speaking about Yehosha, that is Joshua the son of Nun. Now we're gonna see that that God has used him as a servant, a servant to Moses, but things have changed. Why is that? Well take out your Bible and look with me to that portion of Scripture, the book of Joshua in chapter one.

Are you taking hold of the things of God or are you inheriting? Is God His purpose, His plans for you? Are you taking hold of them, experiencing them moving along God's purposes for why he saved you why you are still here in this world. We're going to begin a new chapter tonight in our study of the book of Joshua, the book of Joshua. And we're going to see how God moves in the life of the people in order to convey revelation, and how so frequently, the majority of individuals reject the revelation of God.

The Word of God ought to move in your life to produce a change, a kingdom type change. And that change begins with what's known as Grace. In the Hebrew, that word ‘’hesed’’. And God's grace brings about change so that your life can be a recipient of God's will. Now not just receiving His promises His blessings, but having demonstrated His will, having done those things, that you will be a recipient of the rewards the recompense of God. And that's a wonderful thing, to carry out God's purposes, and be a recipient of God's promises.
