Paul begins his second letter to the Corinthians in a unique way, asking the church to pray for him to the God of all comfort. This is a remarkable demonstration of vulnerability as Paul is aware that his reputation is under attack in that church. Yet, Paul finds unquenchable comfort in God. We, too, find comfort from God who give us truth, hope and His Presence.
