- Pray for God’s provision of our material needs.

- Pray for God’s forgiveness of our sins and tender hearts that forgive others.

- Pray for God’s protection from future sin and the power of Satan.

- Intellectual knowledge alone does not bring eternal life. - A surrendered life points to Jesus. - The authority of Jesus demands a response.

- Lip service alone does not bring eternal life. - Remarkable works alone do not bring eternal life.

- False teachers exist and desire to harm the church. - Engaged followers of Jesus must recognize and confront false teachers.
