- Pray for the recognition and reverence of God as holy.

- Pray for the increase and consummation of God’s divine rule.

- Pray for the conformity to God’s desires by unbelievers and believers.

- Intellectual knowledge alone does not bring eternal life. - A surrendered life points to Jesus. - The authority of Jesus demands a response.

- Lip service alone does not bring eternal life. - Remarkable works alone do not bring eternal life.

- False teachers exist and desire to harm the church. - Engaged followers of Jesus must recognize and confront false teachers.
