Where we go in life rises and falls on leadership. Yet there are many misconceptions about what it is to be a leader. As believers, we are called to make disciples and ultimately make disciple-developing disciples. This requires a higher level of leadership. Leadership in God's Kingdom is not the same as leadership of the world.

Jesus Christ demonstrated the highest level of leadership in human history. He came as a servant-leader who laid down His life for those who followed Him. He continues to lead through those who choose to follow Him. Following Him requires learning how to lead others to follow Him. Jesus said, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men!"

Leadership is something we can all learn and lead other learners as we follow. In this semester, we will begin continue the book by John Maxwell entitled, "The Leader's Greatest Return."

You’ll learn about attracting, developing, and multiplying leaders. To do that, you must find them so you can develop them, invite them to the leadership table, connect with them before you lead them, encourage them to give their best, train them to be great at their job, release them to reach their potential, team them up to multiply their impact, coach them to the next level, show them how to develop leaders, receive the highest return of developing leaders, and much more.

This is a discussion based group that will propel you to the new level of leadership God is developing in your life.

Join us on Thursday morning from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. via ZOOM continuing January 18th. Even though this group is continuing from previous semesters, you can jump in! We plan to review what we've covered before moving on.

The cost for this class is $15 for the book. You can purchase the materials ahead of time at CLC. The title is, “The Leader's Greatest Return" by John Maxwell.
