Director of Care and Counseling

As the Director of Care and Counseling, I have the privilege of walking alongside our members in need of support, and get to help our team learn and grow in our ability to care well by following in the footsteps of our loving Savior! I am grateful to also be able to serve the students and families of Wellspring, providing a setting where we can seek to know Jesus and learn how to grow together as a community. NOTE: Kaase is currently serving as the 7th/8th Grade Ministry Resident until 2025.

Steve Gibson

Serving as the Lead Pastor, it is a joy to work alongside the elders, helping to ensure that all programs and efforts here at Wellspring support the overall vision of making disciples of Jesus Christ. My primary duties are preaching and teaching God's Word and being available to the congregation as their pastor.

Scott Glisson

As Associate Pastor, I have the joy and the privilege of helping families connect to Jesus Christ and the mission He would call them to. I believe that we best make disciples of Jesus by modeling what a life with Jesus looks like: rooting everything we do in the Good News of the Gospel throughout the Bible.

John Klumpp

I have the joy and the privilege of helping to make and mobilize disciples of Jesus Christ here at Wellspring. In all that we do, we want to be making disciples who are making disciples. To accomplish this, I help train and equip our leaders as they lead life groups, women's groups, or men's groups.
