I have the joy and the privilege of helping to make and mobilize disciples of Jesus Christ here at Wellspring. In all that we do, we want to be making disciples who are making disciples. To accomplish this, I help train and equip our leaders as they lead life groups, women's groups, or men's groups. My primary duties are preaching and teaching God's Word and being available to the congregation as their pastor.

As Associate Pastor, I have the joy and the privilege of helping families connect to Jesus Christ and the mission He would call them to. I believe that we best make disciples of Jesus by modeling what a life with Jesus looks like: rooting everything we do in the Good News of the Gospel throughout the Bible.
Michael Swindell
My role as the Executive Pastor here at Wellspring involves overseeing operations, facilities, staffing (including HR), and finances. At the same time, I get the privilege of overseeing our “external vision” as a church, including how we go about making and maturing disciples outside of our four walls here in Hudsonville. Specifically, I lead our REACH Board (outreach to Grand Valley) and our Missions Team.
