When life feels dark and chaotic, it is easy to respond with fear or anger. But the Christmas story reminds us that God steps directly into the darkness to bring Light. We are invited to make a brave choice: to turn away from despair and instead offer love, kindness, and hope to those around us. Just one small light can break the darkness.

What choice will you make the next time you feel overwhelmed by the shadows of life? Just as one candle lit in defiance of darkness sparked a revolution in Romania, our small acts of courage and kindness can drive out despair. Who is one person in your life that needs you to be a light for them right now?
