It's all about Jesus! This pretty much sums up this parable. We have been called to "scatter" the seed of the Gospel (which is instrumental in making disciples) but we have nothing to do with making that seed grow. The sprouting and or growing of the seed is all up to God. He tells us in this parable we scatter, He will bring about the harvest and there in lies all the assurance of faith!
