We will be looking at Luke's account of this parable found in Luke 20:9-19. The big take away is "Stewardship." What are you doing with what you have been given. And more specifically, what are you doing with the task you have been given? There will be an accountability day some day!

It's all about Jesus! This pretty much sums up this parable. We have been called to "scatter" the seed of the Gospel (which is instrumental in making disciples) but we have nothing to do with making that seed grow. The sprouting and or growing of the seed is all up to God. He tells us in this parable we scatter, He will bring about the harvest and there in lies all the assurance of faith!
