Paul concludes the book of Ephesians by refocusing our gaze heavenward. He urges us to be people of prayer, praying at all times, about all things and for all people. It is prayer that enables us to fight our battles and be victorious through the power of the Holy Spirit. It is prayer that allows us fellowship with the Father, and it is prayer that refreshes and strengthens our souls.

Christ Himself, the Lord of Lords and King of Kings, came to serve. We should never elevate ourselves to a position based on job title or leadership role where we feel entitled to be served rather than to serve others.
