This Week's Listener Question:
I don't like change at all. I like routine and predictability. Is the Heroine's Journey just for adventurous people or for all of us?
SOUL Group Questions:
To build connection with a friend or in your Soul Group, ask each other these questions.
1. What did it mean to be a “good girl” in your family of origin?
2. How have you tried to separate from a mother figure and win a father’s approval?
3. What skills are now in your masculine arsenal such as competition, productivity, overworking, persuasion, achievement…? Where do you see these showing up during the week?
4. How can you trust yourself and step into your gifted space to live in your full capacity? What obstacles arise when you think of doing this?
5. What character traits need to increase in you to support you along this journey such as perseverance, courage, collaboration, confidence, strength, or faith? Write that one word on a sticky note and leave it in a place you will see it often.
Soul Challenge:
Christine and Laura unpacked stage two of the Heroine’s Journey. Journal about the questions above and continue recording your personal quest. What questions arise for you. Please submit them at www.soulenchilada.com
Announcement:
Laura’s next faith study, Identity Theft, has been rescheduled for the Fall of 2024. Mark your calendars now. Registration will open in August for a launch date in early September. We hope to see you online or in person!
