MINISTRY MOMENT

Do you go to God in prayer when you have a decision to make? Is it only for big decisions? Maybe only for small decisions? Take an evaluation of how you make decisions and submit that to the Lord in prayer! Trust that you will accomplish WAY more with His voice in the decisions you make than you could do on your own!

PRAYER POINT

“Lord, I entrust to You the decisions of this day. Would Your wisdom guide every decision I make - big and small. Thank you for the opportunity to partner with You daily. You alone are everything I need. Use me as a vessel to show Your love, Your grace, and Your glory! In Jesus’ Name, Amen!”

GOING DEEPER

Read Ephesians 5, Galatians 5, and Romans 8.

WALK IT OUT

Make a conscious effort to go to God with all of your daily decisions. Set a reminder on your phone to do so! Write sticky notes and place them in different locations at home, in your purse/backpack/wallet, in your office - wherever! Remind yourself that God has good plans not just for your future but for TODAY!

SHARE WITH OTHERS

Don’t shy away from sharing with people how you make decisions! Point to the Lord and how His wisdom has helped you through your days!

Ep. 425 - Hidden Pain

MINISTRY MOMENT Jesus’ blood is not ordinary. It has the power to cleanse the body of Christ from the sins that we have committed. Do not treat Jesus as common. He is holy, set apart, and the ultimate sacrifice for us. PRAYER POINT "Jesus, we thank You for the blood that You shed on the cross. We thank You for the willingness to give Your body as a ransom for us. Could You cleanse me today of anything unholy or harmful? In Jesus’ name, Amen!" GOING DEEPER Read all of Hebrews 9. WALK IT OUT Is there any part of you, that you are refusing to let the blood of Christ cleanse? Be vulnerable before God. Let Him into those areas and let Him cleanse you! SHARE WITH OTHERS Share this revelation with others. Tell them of the sacrifice that was given for them!

Ep. 424 - Waiting to Open the Gift

MINISTRY MOMENT Have you found it difficult in the past to wait for something patiently? Are you in a season right now where you are struggling to wait for a gift, dream, or promise? PRAYER POINT "Father, thank You that YOU have an amazing plan and purpose for my life. I recognize that You are the one and only perfect gift-giver. You give us blessings in Your perfect time and way. Help me to trust You and wait patiently. In the name of Jesus, I pray, Amen!" GOING DEEPER Read and study Matthew 7:11, Hebrews 11:6, and Romans 8:25. WALK IT OUT The truth is that we won’t have to wait long for new opportunities that will help stretch our patience. The next time you find yourself struggling to wait patiently, bring those burdens to the Lord in prayer and worship. SHARE WITH OTHERS As much as we each struggle with patience at times, we can know that our friends and family will also struggle in this area. Look for ways to encourage those around you with the Biblical approach to waiting patiently.

MINISTRY MOMENT Do I fully believe that my life is a gift and offering that God both desires and deserves? If you feel inferior, insignificant, or unworthy, be reminded that Jesus came at Christmas to live the life that would be given for YOU. PRAYER POINT "Father, thank You for the gift of Jesus. Thank You for the gift of life and new life in Christ. Thank You for the grace to give myself more fully to God’s plans and purposes for my life. You are worthy of all I am and all I have. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen." GOING DEEPER Read and study Romans Chapter 6. WALK IT OUT Decide or rededicate yourself today to give your life to the Lord, not just as a one time salvation decision, but as an ongoing way to give back to God for all He has given you through Christ. SHARE WITH OTHERS Consider encouraging someone that the God of the whole universe eagerly desires a personal relationship with them.
