August 29, 2020 • Matt Rosenberg

There is no word for "obey" in ancient Hebrew. The word "Shema" is most often translated as "Hear" or "Listen" but it really means "Hearing & Doing." When we are careful to listen we do what we hear! There is so much noise in this present world but listening takes careful and intentional work. God is always speaking but can you hear Him? Watch as Rabbi Matt explains the power of the "Shema!"

"Strength" is part 8 of "Hearing & Doing."

As we begin Sukkot we ask the question: what does it mean to "love God with all of our soul?" "Soul" is part 7 of "Hearing & Doing"
