Sin is ravaging our world and it shows up in so many ways. Sometimes we focus too much on the “ism” (racism, sexism, alcoholism, etc..) and never get to the root of the problem; which is sin! That is why we need to look at the Bible and learn from it. Scripture is either prescriptive, teaching how something should be, or descriptive, describing how something happened.
