DC talk said “Love is a verb” in the 90’s. It’s true, love is not talk but action. Love is not exclusively an emotional response. Love is not a product of our feelings it is in fact a choice. The truth about real Love is that it has great power to turn situations around. No matter your obstacles today, let us learn that Love really works.

God is the author of all authority. Every word from God establishes His rule and authority over His creation. In order for God to establish His authority, rules, laws and covenants, He must make a sovereign proclamation to His people. The King of Heaven has sent His proclamation of the Kingdom through His Son Jesus Christ and subsequent ambassadors through His church in all generations. We are the successors to this great commission called to be ambassadors who rise and proclaim the message from our King! The gospel is His message!

In the beginning of the book of proverbs a Father addresses His son concerning Wisdom. At the end of proverbs that Father conveys the teaching of His mother when He was young. King Lemuel is thought to be Solomon speaking the wisdom of His mother Bathsheba. Lemuel is believed to be a pseudonym for King Solomon himself, the author of much of the book of proverbs. Many encouragements are given to King Solomon on the virtues of a Godly woman. Let us look into the wisdom only a mother can give.
