When tragedy struck Naomi's family, she went back to the Lord. But as she returned from Moab to Israel, she didn't return alone. Ruth, her daughter-in-law, clung to her while her other daughter-in-law Orpah kissed her goodbye. By clinging to Naomi and coming to Israel, Ruth was declaring her faith in the God of Israel.
