Baruch Korman • 2 Timothy 4:1–8

Paul has been been writing to Timothy several chapters in his first epistle. Now, we've entered into the last chapter of his second epistle, chapter four, and Paul know something, he knows that he is coming to the end of his life. And therefore he is imparting to Timothy a type of of legacy. He is giving him a will, so to speak of important things that he wants to leave and instill in the Life of Timothy. So we're going to see much wisdom for living a God centered life, a life centered upon the kingdom of God that we might be found faithful, and that day of judgment.

Second Timothy Chapter 1 part 1

Baruch Korman • 2 Timothy 1:1–11

Paul had a special appreciation, a deep and abiding love for a young man by the name of Timothy. Last week, we completed his first epistle to this young man and to save it. We're going to begin his second epistle, Second Timothy and chapter one. And in this first section of chapter one, Paul reveals to us much truth, very practical truth to impact our life and give us a right perspective

Second Timothy Chapter 1 part 2

Baruch Korman • 2 Timothy 1:11–18

there is a consistency with God, we can depend upon the word of God, God will do exactly as his word reveals. And if we are individuals that want to be thought of as faithful, we are going to take hold of his word, both His written Word and His personal word to us. That is his plan. His purpose is for life. And we're going to submit to these things joyfully, and also confidently, that They are the very best for us. Knowing that God loves us, He demonstrated that love and whatever he would have us to do, whatever experience that he would have us to go through, it is proper to submit to these things, we will never have any regret, we will never be disappointed when we say yes to God.

Second Timothy Chapter 2 part 1

Baruch Korman • 2 Timothy 2:1–13

We want to be individuals that have a testimony that demonstrates the power of God, and not just the power of God, but the wisdom of God in our life. That we are an instrument that manifests truth in what we say and what we do. And in a very similar way, we see the apostle Paul, that he was instructing, ministering edifying, this young man, Timothy, because Paul knew that God wanted to use him, he knew that God was setting him apart for an IT position, a work that would bring about much fruit throughout Asia Minor. And therefore, Paul had discernment. And we should be praying as well, for similar discernment, that we would understand what God is up to, and that we would participate obediently with where the Spirit of God is moving and directing.
