With all the voices around us today, it is often difficult to discern Godly wisdom from worldly wisdom. For those who follow Jesus, the word of God provides that clarity of knowing the difference, but it’s not just hearing but obeying Him.

Either way, the only effective way to deal with our spiritual shortcomings is to find and address the root of the problem. In this portion of his letter to the Corinthian church, Paul makes it clear that spiritual immaturity and divisiveness in the church are symptoms of some deeply rooted, fundamental problems that need to be corrected. And though Paul is writing to the Corinthian church, he is writing to us as well.
