The final sign miracle in John's gospel is the height of all the signs when Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. When Jesus did this, it proved to everyone that He is master over death. In fact, this miracle led to the plot to arrest and kill Jesus. Thankfully, we know that Christ defeats death and that death is not the final word.
