Everyone gets sad or experiences grief at one time or another, but they usually go away within a few days. Depression, however, is something more, and untreated, it can lead to serious health issues. But, are these accurate or even faithful to Scripture? Today we’ll explore this important topic that affects everyone, either directly or indirectly through people we know and love.

Today we’ll explore what are some of the things that often cause us to feel this, and what can we do about these causes.

In fact, in Paul’s letter to the church in Philippi, written while he was in prison, he encouraged them to not be anxious! How could he do that, and how can we do that? Today we’ll explore what Paul taught, understanding that he was living what he taught!

He says He will lead the way so we can overcome the weight of stress and anxiety bearing down on us.
