Can These Dry Bones Live?

February 28, 2021

February 28, 2021 • Sara Don Bailey

Covid-19 hit us all hard. 2020 was a year in which collectively we all experienced some sort of grief due to this global pandemic. We may have grieved the loss of a job, a loved one, time spent with our loved ones, or our overall sense of normalcy. As we each process our losses, it is crucial the church is creating a brave, safe space for us to have shameless conversations with one another regarding mental health. In this sermon, Sara Don offers her testimony of her own struggles with mental health and how God met her in “the valley of dry bones” when she was almost at her breaking point. Sara Don offers a word of hope if you or your loved ones are battling mental health challenges. She encourages you today that God does not leave you alone in this dry valley that feels painfully isolating.

Scripture used in this sermon:
Ezekiel 37: 1-7
