Moving Your Mountain I do as Jesus did. I speak to the mountain of in my life. I command to be removed from my life (life, body, relationship, job) and to be cast into the sea, and away from me and loved ones. I believe, I receive it, removed by faith, in the name of Jesus. I have no doubt in my mind that I am free from , no weapons of fear, doubt or unbelief formed against me, shall prosper. I call those things that are not as though they were and hope for what I do not have, waiting patiently in faith, believing with great expectation, for it to come to pass.
Prayer for Preparation to Study
April 7, 2022
Lord, I know you are with me and love me. Give me peace of mind as I prepare for this time of study. Help me to focus on my books and notes, keep me from all distractions so that I will make the best use of this time that is available to me. Give me insight that I might understand what I am studying, and help me to remember it when the time comes. Above all, I thank you for the ability to be able to study and for the many gifts and talents you have given me. Help me always to use them in such a way that they honor you and do justice to myself. Thank you that you have given me the mind of Christ and the intelligence of the Holy Spirit. Amen
Prayer Before an Examination

Dear Lord, as I take this exam, I thank you that my value Is not based on my performance, but on your great love for me, and who You have made me in Christ Jesus. Still my heart and fill me with the knowledge of your presence so that we can walk through this time together. I know you have made my way successful. Help me, not only with this test, but the many tests of life that are sure to come my way. As I take this exam, bring back to my mind everything I studied and be gracious with what I have overlooked Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance all the things I need to recall in this exam. Help me to remain focused and calm, confident in the facts and in the supernatural ability that has been given to me in Christ. Holy Spirit help me to be firm in the knowledge that no matter what happens today you are there with me, for all things are working together for my good. You are Jehovah Shammah, my God who is ever present with me.
Prayer of Academic Thanksgiving

Lord God, Thank you for this opportunity to learn new skills and stretch my understanding. Thank you for guiding me through this time of study into the final exams. I lay before you all the hopes and fears I have about the outcome. May you place a peace within me now as I rest and await the results. Thank you that I am safely held in your love. Thank you that whatever happens in the future I will live in your goodness and walk with you always. I am convinced that your plans for me are for good and not for evil. You have a successful end planned for me. Thank you Jesus.

Father, You know all of my thoughts and the attitudes of my heart. May my spoken words and “unspoken thoughts be pleasing in Your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer. You gave me Your Word as a weapon to fight impure and unholy thoughts. Your Word is alive and more powerful than any weapon known to man; it is able to pull down all evil strongholds. I will concentrate on truth, goodness, and righteousness. I will think about things that are pure and lovely, and dwell on the good attributes in others. I will think about all that I can praise You for and be glad about. I thank You for giving me the helmet of salvation to guard my mind. As I commit to stay in Your Word daily, I will begin to think more and more like You, Father. I will diligently guard my mind and heart by not allowing unhealthy thoughts to control me. Thank You for giving me the mind of Christ. Help me to make all my thoughts obedient to Jesus, the Word. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen
COMMITMENT TO THE LORD

Father, I pray that Your plan for my life will be accomplished. My number one priority is to submit myself in love to You. I choose to embrace Your truth rather than the basic principles of this world. I will not be conformed to the pattern of this world, but I ask to be transformed by the renewing of my mind. Then I will be able to test and approve what Your will is for me. I believe in Your Word, which is Your expressed Will for my life. Father, I purpose to obey You and remain in Your love. I love others and will show them by my actions. I commit and dedicate my whole body, mind, and spirit to You. I will serve You, my God, and keep Your commandments. I will not follow the voice of a stranger. I choose my companions and friends carefully, according to Your Word, and determine to walk in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake. Thank You that You chose me — actually picked me out for Yourself as Your own child — to be holy and blameless in Your sight. I have made the decision to follow You only Jesus.

Today we pray for churches and ministries.
1. Wisdom — Lord, there are so many divisive issues in our time. We pray for the leaders in our churches and ministries, that they would look to you alone to guide and direct their paths. Give them the wisdom of heaven, which is pure, peace-loving, considerate, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial, and sincere. Leadership is often a heavy burden, and we pray that just as Jethro counseled Moses to get support leading the Israelites, lead our leaders to trustworthy and wise people for support and advice. (James 3:17, Exodus 18:17-22). 2. Unity within the body/ organization Father, we pray that each church body and every ministry would walk in a manner worthy of the calling they have received; to humbly, gently, patiently bear with each other in love, eager to maintain the unity of your Spirit with the bond of peace. We pray that there would be no divisions caused by this pandemic, by justice issues or political differences; rather, we pray that our churches and ministries be united in single-minded pursuit of you, your word, and your truth. (Ephesians 4:1-6, 1 Corinthians 1:10) 3. Broader leadership — Father, that your church — while for the most part she cannot meet in person — would rise up during this crisis as a mighty leader. That you would make her a blessed lamp unto the darkness that surrounds us on all sides. That she would not shrink back with the confusion and pressures and limits of the day, but offer herself forth as a well to the weary, as food to the hungry, as life to the dying. Increase her numbers tenfold, Father. Open the door of faith to those who otherwise have not known you. (Acts 14:27). 4. Glorifying Christ — Father, that in all ways your church would be a reflection of you and your character. That she would be sacrificial, steadfast, loving, quick to forgive, slow to anger, of one mind and body, and a light to the world. 5. Provision — Father, in times of economic turmoil, may you richly provide the church and its ministries with everything it needs to carry forth your word. Protect salaries, Father. Make your people unfailingly generous in their gifts. 6. Community — Father, in a time of social distancing, we are thankful that whenever two or three are gathered together, you are there in their midst! Please, Father, don’t let us forsake gathering together however we can; this is where we encourage each other. Show us how we can care for one another during this time, because if one of us suffers, we all suffer. (Matthew 18:20, Hebrews 10:25, 1 Corinthians 12:25-27). 7. Serve — Father that you would turn the church’s eyes to the community in her midst: the poor, the marginalized, and the suffering. Even as the church struggles with its own provisions, that we would continue to turn our eyes toward the most weak and fragile among us, to give as you have given through Christ. 8. Focus on the mission — God, as we are distracted by politics, and pressure from various members of our church, help us to keep the main thing the main thing. That we would continue to unabashedly share your gospel to a world so very thirsty for Good News. That we would nourish your people with the news that because Jesus took our place on the cross, this death we’re so afraid of has no sting; that this broken world is not the end but instead a trying preamble to a wondrous eternity. 9. Remember — Lord, that your church would remember who you are and what you have done for us on the cross. Give us eyes to see the Ebenezers in the lives of our churches and ministries, those times when we were dazzled by your goodness and faithfulness to us. Let your word dwell in us richly, so that we can encourage one another. May we remember together what you have done for us as a body, what you have done for us as individuals, and what you have secured for us in heaven. 10. Joy — Lord, your joy is our strength. Open our eyes to how very much we have to be joyful about. You are for us; nothing can be against us! Your one and only perfect and precious son gave his life in order to reconcile us to you. Because of Jesus, we are adopted into your family forever, and nothing can snatch us out of your hand. Because of Jesus, we can lay down our deadly doing and rest in the perfect record and finished work of Christ on our behalf. Because of Jesus, we know that you are changing us from glory to glory, into the perfect image of Christ, into the image-bearers you planned for us to be before the foundation of the world. Even when we cannot see it, you are making all things new. All things! “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1 Cor 2:9) Come quickly, Lord Jesus!
For Adult Children
Father, I bring _______ before You, asking You to show him/her Your wonderful plan for his/her life; make it clear to him/her. You have rescued him/her from the dark power of Satan and brought into the kingdom of Your dear Son, Jesus. Father, give him/her spiritual wisdom and insight so that he/she may grow in You and understand the confident hope that You have given to those You called. _______ made some decisions that could have destroyed him/her, but You remain faithful even when we are unfaithful. Thank You that You will rebuild and restore the wasted years and all the heartaches. You are the One who saves, forgives and only You will satisfy __________. Safety
Father, in the name of Jesus, I lift myself and my family up to You and pray a wall of protection around us – our home and property. I thank You, Father, that You are a wall of fire around us and that Your angels protect us. I thank You that we live under the protection of God Most High and we stay in the shadow of God Almighty. We will say to You, Lord, that You are our place of safety and protection. You are our God and we trust You! You will cover us with Your feathers and hide us under Your wings. We will not fear any danger by night or an arrow during the day. We will only watch and see the wicked punished. You are our fortress and we run to You for safety. Because of this, no terrible disasters will strike us or our home. You will command Your angels to protects us wherever we go. You have said in Your Word that You will save whoever loves You. You will protect those who know You. You will be with us in trouble, You will rescue us and honor us and give us[…]”
Children at School
Father, in Jesus’ name, I speak Your Word this day over my children as they pursue their education and training at school. You are working in them, giving them the desire and the power to do what pleases You. They will always be on the top and never at the bottom. You will cause my children to be respected and to be pleasing to both You and to their teachers and classmates. I ask You to give them wisdom so they can be capable of learning and understanding in all their subjects. Thank You for giving _____________ (name your children) an appreciation for education, help them understand that the source of all knowledge is in You. You are creating in them an appetite for education and a desire to learn and know more. You will guide them as they learn, grow and achieve. I pray that they will be diligent in all their ways. Father, I come boldly to Your throne where I will receive Your mercy and find grace to help me when I need it the most! I ask You to help my children meet new friends. I know that You are the source of love and friendship. Every good action and every perfect gift is from You, God. You never deny us any good thing so I am convinced that it is Your will for my children to have godly friendships. Your Word reveals the purpose and value of healthy friendships. Holy Spirit, I ask You to teach my children what they need to know to be a good friend. Help them to be friendly and love at all times. Help them to live in peace with everyone as much as possible. I pray that when they and their friends come together, that they will encourage each other and build each other up instead of bringing each other down. Help them not to play favorites but to honor You by accepting each other just as You accepted them. For Your Children’s Future
Father, Your Word tells me that children are a gift and reward from You. You promise that they will have much peace when taught in Your ways. I dedicate to You today, that they may be raised as You desire and will follow the path that You choose for them. Father, I speak Your Word this day over them. I thank You that when we speak Your words out, they don’t return to You without doing everything that You send them to do. Heavenly Father, I commit myself, as a parent to teach to live the right way, trusting in Your promise that when they are grown they will still do right. I give all my worries of raising my children to You, Lord, knowing that You care for me. I will not provoke my children but I will love them and leave them in Your care. I will do as Your Word tells me to and teach my children Your commands. I will talk about them when we are sitting at home, on the road, when we lie down and when we get up. For a Strong-Willed Child
Father, thank You that I can come to you to vent and bring my frustrations to You. I find it difficult to help my children with their schoolwork and relationships. I know sometimes they feel so unloved and alone. It hurts my heart when I don’t know how to convince them that You have made them in an amazing and wonderful way. Give _______________(name of child or names of children) revelation of Your unconditional love for them. They love Your Word and Your promises even at an early age. I know in my heart that You loved my children from long ago and chose them to be voices of hope to their generation. I ask You to help me overcome my feeling of hopelessness as I try to reach them.
