Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, think about these things. PHILIPPIANS 4:8 (NASB)

Ponder and brood on Philippians 4:8 by praying in the Spirit while holding that scripture in mind.

Meditate by repeating these several times throughout the day:

I HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST. I THINK ABOUT WHAT IS TRUE, HONORABLE, RIGHT, PURE, LOVELY, COMMENDABLE, EXCELLENT, AND PRAISEWORTHY.
