For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16 (NKJV)

Brood on John 3:16 for 5 minutes by praying in the Spirit while holding that Bible verse in mind.

Also, repeat these meditatively for 10 minutes:

I BIND MYSELF TO THE LORDSHIP OF JESUS CHRIST AND ALL HE CAME TO ACCOMPLISH. THE LOVE OF GOD FINDS EXPRESSION THROUGH ME. I HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.

Be still for 5 minutes.

PHILIPPIANS 4:8 (NASB) Ponder and brood on Philippians 4:8 by praying in the Spirit while holding that scripture in mind. Meditate by repeating these several times throughout the day: I HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST. I THINK ABOUT WHAT IS TRUE, HONORABLE, RIGHT, PURE, LOVELY, COMMENDABLE, EXCELLENT, AND PRAISEWORTHY.
