Brood on Hebrews 1:14 for 5 minutes by praying in the Spirit while holding that Bible verse in mind.

Also, repeat these meditatively for 10 minutes:

I AM A MEMBER OF GOD’S FAMILY. I RECEIVE THE MINISTRY OF ANGELS. THE ANGELS OF THE LORD COMMUNICATE GOD’S PLAN AND COUNSEL TO ME.
