Brood on Psalm 78:49 for 5 minutes by praying in the Spirit while holding that Bible verse in mind.

Also, repeat these meditatively for 10 minutes:

I AM ALIGNED FOR ANGELIC ASSISTANCE. I RECEIVE THE MINISTRY OF ANGELS. THE ANGELS OF PROTECTION AND DELIVERANCE MINISTER TO ME AND FOR ME.

Be still for 5 minutes.
