For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16 (NKJV)

Brood on John 6:33 for 5 minutes by praying in the Spirit while holding that Bible verse in mind.

Also, repeat these meditatively for 10 minutes:

JESUS CAME BECAUSE GOD LOVED THE WORLD. I BELIEVE IN JESUS. I HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE. THE LOVE OF GOD FINDS EXPRESSION THROUGH ME.

Be still for 5 minutes, focusing on receiving from the Spirit of God.
