Wisdom cries aloud in the street, in the markets she raises her voice; at the head of the noisy streets she cries out; at the entrance of the city gates she speaks: "How long, O simple ones, will you love being simple? How long will scoffers delight in their scoffing and fools hate knowledge? If you turn at my reproof, behold, I will pour out my Spirit to you.
Proverbs 1:20-23
“The voice of wisdom is everywhere heard: In public, in private, and in the streets. Common sense, universal experience, and the law of justice written on the human heart, all testify against evil and wrong of every kind.”
Adam Clarke
As we head into the political election of a lifetime, one must wonder whatever happened to wisdom. How is it that so many Americans have abandoned common sense and universal truths in favor of evil ideas that can only lead to destruction? Thank God the voice of wisdom is still crying in the streets!
We hope you enjoy Pastor Ray’s timely message, “Wisdom Cries Aloud in the Streets”.

And he (the Beast) causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Revelation 13:16-17
The modern-day prophecy preacher’s sensationalized predictions about the meaning of the ‘mark of the beast’ have left many Christians fearful and confused. Is the ‘mark’ a tattoo? A social security number? A credit card? A COVID shot? An embedded microchip? Just what is the truth?
Gary DeMar
“In the popular explanations of the ‘mark of the beast’ and ‘buying and selling’ mentioned in Revelation 13, sensationalizing teachers rely on fear and current events to sell books and fill conferences with people ready to hear the latest ‘end-times’ theory? But what does the Bible say?”
We hope you enjoy Pastor Ray’s message on the meaning of “The Mark of the Beast”.

And every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.
1 John 4:3
The ‘antichrist’ mentioned in the New Testament is not a evil, all-powerful personality who will one day come to take over the world; no; the biblical ‘antichrist’ was a spirit that had already come into the world.
-
“The early church had heard Antichrist was coming—but John says ‘now’ it is already in the world. Antichrist had arrived. It is inappropriate and unbiblical to look for a rising political leader and describe him as the ‘Antichrist’. Such a designation cannot be supported from scripture.”

Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So, you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near — at the doors! Truly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away until all these things take place. Matthew 24:32-34
Somehow, back in the 70’s, many popular prophecy preachers equated the blooming of the fig tree in Matthew 24 with the re-formation of Israel as a nation in 1948. From there, they calculated the rapture of the church would take place around 1988 (figuring 40 years as a ‘generation’). When that didn’t happen, they recalculated the rapture to occur by 2018 (figuring 70 years as a ‘generation’).
When that didn’t happen…No wonder multitudes of American Christians are muddled in ‘Last Days Madness’!
We hope you can be with us this weekend as Pastor Ray clears up the confusion about “The Fig Tree Generation”.

Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?" And Jesus said to them…“Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.”
Matthew 24:3,34
Many American Christians believe we are living in the ‘last days’ before Christ will come to save us from tribulation. But the early Christians believed they were living in the ‘last days’ before Christ would come to pour out judgment on Jerusalem. Can you guess who’s got it right?
“The expression ‘last days’ is used in the Bible not to refer to the end of the physical world, but to the last days of the nation of Israel, the ‘last days’ that ended with the destruction of the temple in 70 A.D.”
David Chilton
We hope you can be with us this weekend for Part 2 of Pastor Ray’s provocative answer to the prophetic question… “Are We Living in the Last Days?”

God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things…
Hebrews 1:1-2
“Prior to the coming of Jesus, God spoke one way. The coming of Jesus was a new way of God speaking in the last days. The last days were in operation in the first century. The Christians who read this letter were to understand that they were living in the last days of an important era that was about to end.”
Gary DeMar
Many professing American Christians believe we are living in the “last days” before the coming of Christ. But the early Christians believed they were living in the “last days” leading up to Christ’s judgment on Jerusalem. Isn’t it time to get back to a biblical view of the “last days”?
We hope you can be with us this weekend for Part 3 of Pastor Ray’s series “Last Days Madness”: “Are We Living in the Last Days?”

For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake those days will be shortened... Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will boy no means pass away till all these things take place. Matthew 24:21-22,34.
Many of our modern prophecy preachers foresee the ‘great tribulation’ as a fearful future event that we can only escape by being included in the rapture of the church. They completely ignore the fact that all of Jesus’ prophecies in Matthew 24 were fulfilled 2000 years ago!
“One reason there is so much speculation and error about when the end might be stands above them all: Fulfilled prophecy is being interpreted as unfulfilled prophecy.”
Gary DeMar

Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?" And Jesus answered and said to them: "Take heed that no one deceives you…”
Matthew 24:3-4
What we believe about the future determines how we live in the present. The failure of the modern American church to Christianize the culture comes from a false view of the future, the end-times, and the 2nd Coming of Christ. It is time to correct that.
“Today’s speculative madness related to repeated failed attempts at predicting the end must be attributed to a gross misunderstanding of biblical prophecy.”
Gary DeMar
In this new series, Pastor Ray will be teaching on topics that are often misunderstood, including: the Rapture, the Great Tribulation, the Antichrist, the ‘mark of the beast’, and the Book of Revelation. We hope you can be with us. And bring a friend!
