Transitional Pastor Training

Join us for the Transitional Pastor Training on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the SCBO Building, Training Room, 9000 Antares Ave, Columbus, OH 43240. This half-day gathering is designed for pastors, retired pastors, and church leaders who sense a call to walk congregations through seasons of pastoral transition. You’ll learn practical strategies for leading churches toward renewed health and vibrancy, even when they’re between pastors, and you’ll gain tools for communication, conflict, and care in some of the most sensitive moments in a church’s life.
By attending, you’ll not only receive helpful resources, books, and lunch—you’ll also take an important step toward being part of the SCBO list of recommended Transitional Pastors for cooperating churches across Ohio. If you desire to serve churches with wisdom, stability, and gospel hope during times of change, this training is a key next step.
