Leading and Learning Workshop (Spring • Summer • Fall 2026)

The State Convention of Baptists in Ohio invites Pastors of the Northeast Region to join us for a focused morning of encouragement, sharpening, and fellowship. These gatherings are designed to strengthen your pastoral leadership with greater effectiveness and impact—through a practical leadership topic, meaningful connection with other pastors, and time to be refreshed.

Each gathering features a targeted session led by a trusted leader, followed by lunch and fellowship. Come ready to learn, connect, and leave encouraged for the work God has called you to.
