The State Convention of Baptists in Ohio (SCBO), in partnership with Tharros Security Solutions, is hosting a half-day Security Team Training designed specifically for pastors and church safety leaders. 

This practical, church-appropriate training will equip your team with the foundational components of a strong Emergency Operations Plan (EOP), covering deterrence, protection, response, and mitigation. 

Participants will learn to recognize warning signs before incidents occur, apply Run-Hide-Fight decision-making in church environments, identify and set up safe rooms, clarify armed and unarmed response roles, and learn triage and life-saving medical priorities.
