The New Year/Whole Year/Whole Life Resolution

January 1, 2023 • Randall Snipes • Psalm 107:1–32

The goal for most sermons is to remind us of what we know to be true. They help us remember and respond to Truth but our tendency is to forget and rebel. Can you remember a time in the past that you suffered due to circumstances, sinfulness, stupidity, or storms? Let us not forget this year that God has delivered us in the past and that He will continue to bring us through the storms of life. God calls us to remember not how bad our situation is but how consistently He has delivered us. Let us give thanks to God today, this week, and this year! Remember and Respond with praise!

Listen in as our guest speaker, evangelist Jamey Ragle, gives us insight into how the devil is the father of all lies and how he will use these lies to manipulate our thinking. Jesus tells us that He is "the Way, the Truth, and the Life". No one comes to the Father except through Him. Believe and trust in the Truth that Jesus is.

Our Hope Is in the Lord

November 26, 2023 • Randall Snipes/Dorian Lopez

Hope is the expectancy of happiness and the optimism of good ahead. The problem is that hope is only as strong as what it is anchored to. Hebrews 6:19 tells us that our hope must be anchored to Jesus. Apart from Jesus, life is a series of hopeless events. God, however, has given believers two promises that should give us hope today. As a believer in Him, our sins are forgiven and our future is secure! These two things may not cure the temporary pain or depression but they are the substance of ongoing hope.
