As Christians, the Bible calls us to live in authentic community with other Christians. We are not meant to live isolated lives as lone wolves; rather, as the people of God in this world, we are to be salt and light to all those around us.

While singing and music are indeed good, biblical expressions of worship, we must realize that genuine worship is so much more than just showing up one day a week to sing a couple of songs and listen to a sermon. True worship is supposed to encompass all of one’s life, wherein we seek to honor God in every area of our lives.

Growth is essential for all life, and this includes our spiritual life. The Bible teaches us that God expects us, His children, to grow spiritually.
