The Spirit Manifests for our Common Good

Jesus is the gift-giver. He has given Himself to us, poured Himself out upon us. By His Spirit, each of us is given a manifestation of the Spirit for the common good, to benefit not just himself but all. As we pursue the Lord and ask for His Spirit to be manifest through us, we can trust the Lord is going to do His part. We have the opportunity of partnering--working together--leading to maturity and unity.

Get Your Act Together

You are not helpless. In you flows the DNA of Jesus Christ. You have within you the ability to celebrate in tribulation, to persevere, to prove character, and to have true, divine hope. Available to you is the abounding grace of God, and it is not waiting on your sin for increase; it is always abundant. May we not insult the spirit of grace by using it as license to remain in sin, but to propel us into our true identity as sons of God.
