Interestingly, God takes issue not with our good deeds but with our efforts to heap the credit upon ourselves. Which leads us to the question, if it’s not me, who should get the glory? However, in 1 Cor 8-10, Paul uses a cultural illustration that offers 5 key life principles for making decisions in this area of our Christian liberty in regard to actions and behaviors.
