The Temple: God's Design for Worship

Here God demonstrates His great desire to be in relationship with His people, and how He is to be worshipped. The exiled are back. From the ruins, a temple rises. God shows His faithfulness to those who repent and place their trust in Him.

Seems Drastic

The Bible makes clear that sin is a devastating disease and can cause irreparable harm. We see sin confronted in such a way that may seem drastic to us throughout Scripture. There are also times when God confronts sin in our own lives in a drastic way. These moments can change the trajectory of our lives—for better or for worse. When you and I are confronted with sin, how will we respond?
