‘The Lord is There’ is a name mentioned just once in scripture, but with very significant timing… Israel was in a mess, Jerusalem had been ransacked, the Temple was in ruins and the people were in captivity. It’s at that time God, reveals He is right there to rescue and restore them to a relationship with Him that’s far beyond their expectations.
