We live in a cruel, complex, and fast paced society. Yet there is something clear back from the garden that calls us to slow down, simplify and to be kind. Since we have been conditioned for a lifetime to operate the wrong way, be patient with yourself but be intentional about setting out to change to healthier behaviors.
