Often we talk about encountering God in a way that makes us feel better, stronger, and more

confident. In Jonah 1 we read about a different kind of encounter- one where God has less our problems in mind and more our destiny and purpose. Encounters where He calls us to certain things- the way He called Jonah to go to Nineveh. How do we respond to this kind of encounter?
