**Age Groups:** Campers will stay separated by their age groups all day long. Completed Kindergarten – 8th

**Waitlist:** Each age group has its own camper max. Only 255 campers will be allowed to register per week. If you do not sign your camper up in time, you will be added to the waitlist. In order to be placed on the waitlist, you must pay the $50 deposit. If your camper does not attend camp because no space freed up for the waitlisted campers, your $50 will be refunded.

**Cancellation Policy:** I understand that my $50 application fee is non-refundable and if I cancel my reservation less than 30 days prior to my camper's arrival, I will be refunded half the cost of camp minus the $50 non-refundable deposit. I understand that deposits and payments are not transferable between accounts, but can be transferred between campers within an account.

I understand that failure to make payments by their due date will result in my camper being placed on the waiting list. Campers will progress through the waiting list once the account has been brought into good standing.

**Price:** The price for camp is $249 and you must pay the $50 deposit to register. If you would like to register for more than one week of camp, you must make a payment for the first session you have registered for before you will be given the option to add another session.

**Staff:** WinShape Camps for Communities at Cobb is dedicated to hiring the best-qualified staffers possible. We will have a 1:5 ratio of adults:campers at all times.

**Volunteers:** Each week of camp will have a minimum of 15 volunteers from the community. Each volunteer will be placed with a specific age group and will be with that group of campers throughout the week. Volunteers must have completed 10th grade by the start day of camp.

**Schedule:** Campers can arrive as early as 7:30 AM. The Camp day will officially “begin” at 8:30 AM. The camp day ends at 5 PM. Our camp days are Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 5 PM. Friday is Chick-fil-A Friday Family Fun Day, and is a half day of camp. Friends and families of campers attending camp are invited to join us on Friday for a lot of fun in the sun as well a free Chick fil A meal!

**Lunch:** Campers will provide their own lunch each day for camp.

**Snack:** WinShape Camps will provide one snack and a popsicle for your camper throughout the day. If you would like to send a snack from home, you may. Simply pack it in their lunch box and let your camper know so they can let their Staff leader know.

**Camper Allergies:** If your camper has an allergy, please notify us when you register online. You will be prompted to let us know if your camper has an allergy, the details of that allergy, and how it affects your camper. We will make sure our Camp Nurse and staffers are made aware of your camper’s allergy.

**Camper Medication:** If your camper requires medication throughout the camp day, their medication may be dropped off with our Camp Nurse each morning. A Medication form will need to be filled out for any medication left at camp with details on when to administer the medication and parent contact information.

**What else to bring:** Campers are advised to bring a swimsuit, a towel, a Bible, Sunscreen, bug spray, and a lunch. Campers should also wear closed toed shoes everyday.

**Camp Store:** The Camp Store will be open every morning during Check-In and every afternoon during Check Out.

**Camp Nurse:** WinShape Camps for Communities at Cobb will provide a licensed nurse each week of camp to be on site during Camp hours. The nurse will be able to administer medicine with the permission of the parents and administer First-Aide to campers.

**Lifeguards:** We will have certified lifeguards present and stationed at all times that campers are near or around water. This will include the pool and lake zones.

**Registration:** Early registration for Cobb opens September 7, 2016 at 9:00 am.
