Today we’re talking with a good friend of the podcast, Ben Stapley. Ben currently serves as the Executive Pastor at The Life Christian Church in West Orange, New Jersey. He leads staff and volunteers to execute worship experiences and more. We’ll be talking with Ben today about how to create an effective internship program at your church. We also welcome on the show, Darren Foreman. Darren is the Pastor of Auxiliary Ministries at Eagles Nest Church in GA. Darren has some great thoughts today on how to avoid ministry burnout.  These topics obviously can work together. If you have a great internship program, the load lightens on you. That’s one aspect. Darren will talk about more things you can do to prevent frying to a crisp.

Today we welcome Terryl Padilla, the Creative Director at the Rock Church who is also an extremely talented worship leader and musician.  Terryl is responsible for composing audio, producing video, and leading a team of over 40 musicians and stage presenters each week. He oversees the production of special events and is a veteran in the space. It's a privilege to have Terryl back on the show again. We'll also welcome Kierre Bjorn. Kierre is a worship leader, performer and musician. He has served on staff at Daystar Church as the Next Generation Worship Director since 2013. He has been in numerous stage shows and has performed off broadway in Soul on Fire and other productions. Both of these guys are incredible and we are excited to talk about worship in churches with them.

Kenny is the editor in chief at Church Tech Today. Both of these guys were interviewed live at SALT Conference and we talked about why Livestreaming at your church may not be working and what’s next on the horizon. Both Tyler and Kenny offer some great insights into where church online could be headed.

Aaron will talk to us about some best practices in creating spaces where ministry can really happen effectively on Sunday.
