He delivers his people from slavery to freedom. Savior and Deliverer! But a concept that is even more prolific in the Scriptures is the major role of God that we will be exploring this week - Redeemer. What does it mean that God is our redeemer? You may be surprised that redemption was never a religious word in the Bible, but has become central to our understanding of all that God has done for us.
