Join us at Troy Methodist Church this Sunday as we celebrate Pentecost, the day the Holy Spirit descended on the first believers giving birth to the church! We will briefly reflect on our theological understanding of the age old question, Why do bad things happen to good people, but more importantly we will spend extra time in prayer and worship as we call upon God’s Holy Spirit to meet us in our brokenness and pains from this world. Join us in prayer leading up to this Sunday as we anticipate God’s Kingdom showing up in power and healing!

May 12, 2024 • Andy Adams • Romans 12:6–8, 1 Timothy 2:11–12

Each side uses Scripture as their basis. Which is right? Join us this Mother’s Day Sunday as we explore the biblical evidence together and celebrate the vital roles women play in the church today!

Join us this Sunday as we explore Israel’s role in the Old Testament and how Jesus’ death on the cross changes everything!
