Sometimes, when we look at scripture's most popular and beloved passages, we tend to gloss over them and miss the power underneath what is comforting and familiar. In the classic story of the prodigal son, we encounter not one - not two - but THREE "prodigal" individuals and a message of radical, reckless, no-holds-barred grace for all of us.
