Consider that learning to bless others could bring life to your very being. The ability to bless is rooted in understanding the gift we've been given. When was the last time you spent time to dwell on the spiritual blessings of God?

Silence Breath

Our breath is essential to our existence. We cannot choose, not to breathe. The Christian faith explains that our breath connects us with God. We see from the beginning of ancient scripture God breathing life into man. Therefore, every breath we breathe connects us with God. Ancient scripture shares, "For it is in God that we live and move and have our being." This meditation uses our breath to help guide our concentration and to gently bring our awareness back to being united with God.
