Today’s meditation will guide you in practicing non-judgmental observation of your thoughts.
Judging is a precursor to every emotion we feel. It is the process of attaching positive or negative value to experiences, oneself, or others. However, our judgments are not facts; rather, they are our own preferences and opinions. A reflex to judge situations or yourself as negative actively creates more negative feelings inside you.
Non-judgment, which is a core component of mindfulness, will allow you to become more accepting, curious, and better able to regulate your emotions.
